COVID-19 Client Communication

As we all monitor the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to assure you that The Littleton Group is prepared to support your needs now and in the future. Our business continuity planning guides how we handle emergency situations such as this, and our top priorities are focusing on the health and safety of our employees while continuing to deliver excellent service to you, our client.

As communities begin to feel the impact, we have established plans to keep our employees and clients safe:

• Work from Home: Based on the most recent guidance and in an abundance of caution, we have implemented a phased approach to having employees who can work from home do so. This will vary based upon local conditions.

• Travel: All non-essential work-related travel, including conferences, have been cancelled or postponed.

• Events: All on-site and off-site events will be cancelled.

We’re taking proactive steps to ensure our staff and operation are positioned in the most effective manner to maintain service regardless of how conditions evolve. We have a substantial number of adjusters in the field to mitigate disruption should offices be impacted and are working with our vendors to make certain all necessary systems and services continue without interruption. We will continue to evaluate additional measures as needed.

The Littleton Group takes great pride in our ability to adapt and adjust over the years to whatever circumstances arise, and we will continue to demonstrate that ability now. We stand ready to assist you and your customers however we can and look forward to doing so well into the future. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
