Steve Streetman
CEO

Steve serves as the CEO for The Littleton Group and is based out of the company’s corporate office in Austin, Texas.  In his role as the CEO, Steve is the driving force behind The Littleton Group’s strategic initiatives and the company’s performance.  Additionally, Steve serves on numerous boards.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Science Education from Texas A&M University.

Jeff Bode
President / COO

Jeff serves as the President and COO for The Littleton Group and is based out of the company’s corporate office in Austin, Texas.  In his role as the President and COO, Jeff oversees Littleton’s operations and is responsible for the overall performance of the company.  This includes the oversight of all operational lines of the business along with the creation and maintenance of programs to best serve the needs of Littleton’s clients.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from Tarleton State University.

Chas Nickells
VP Business Development

Chas serves as the Vice President of Business Development for The Littleton Group and is based out of the company’s corporate office in Austin, Texas.  In his role as the Vice President of Business Development, Chas is responsible for the client service functions for our top tier clients, while also identifying and capturing sales opportunities to expand Littleton’s sales and increase our revenue.   He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lamar University.

Kyle Streetman
VP TPA Services

Kyle serves as the Vice President of TPA Services for The Littleton Group and is based out of the company’s corporate office in Austin, Texas. In his role as the Vice President of TPA Services, he manages and oversees Third Party Administrative claim programs for a variety of organizations within the insurance industry from an operational and marketing aspect. These organizations include admitted & non-admitted insurers, managing general agents (MGAs), self-insureds, municipalities, and offshore & stateside captives. Additionally, Kyle serves on the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas board of directors. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Chuck Use
Senior VP Operations

Chuck serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for The Littleton Group and is based out of the company’s branch office in Dallas, Texas.  In his role as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Chuck manages and oversees Littleton’s Branch and Independent Adjusting programs to ensure superior customer service and a work product that is unmatched in the industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
